Each projects is unique, and therfor must be treated as such. All projects will be quoted for individually.

The general guidelines to our architectural fees are as follows: (subject to reviewing client's requirements and specifications)

All proposed new designs

​

R150 - R250 per square meter (depending on complexity) for municipality, tendering and contract drawings. (Includes a set of external 3D renderings) See under portfolio for examples.

All additions and alterations:

​

R150 per square meter for all new additions and R50 per square meter for measuring up and recording 2D data on the existing structure. (Excludes 3D renderings.)

3D Renderings:

​

R30 per square meter for all external 3D renderings. (4 selected high res images included) A minimum of R5000 for models less than 165sqm.

​

R3750 flat rate per internal model and rendering scene for all Internal renderings.

​
